Should I choose a website or an online store?
A website is usually enough if customers need to learn about your services and contact you. A store suits online orders, payments and product management. Before I quote, I help define the journey your customer should take.
Can I start small?
Yes. A WordPress brochure website presents your services on a single page with sections. If you need separate service pages or more content, choose a business website. Further expansion is agreed and quoted separately.
What does the starting price include?
This is the starting price for a specific scope of work. The final quote depends on the number of pages or products, materials, and features. Before we begin, you'll receive the scope, price, deadline, and information about additional costs. Detailed packages can be found on the individual service pages.
Can I change the content myself?
Yes. All page variants include WordPress and a custom content editing panel. In a WooCommerce store, you can also manage products and orders. Upon handover, I'll show you how to use the prepared features.
What do I need to prepare?
To begin, all you need is a company description, the website's purpose, and information about what you want to include. Before implementation, we agree on the materials: logo, text, photos, and, for the store, a product catalogue and sales policies. If anything is missing, we discuss the preparation process and the potential cost.
Are domain, hosting and maintenance included in the price?
Domain and hosting are separate maintenance costs. Paid licences and external services require prior agreement. Once launched, you can order maintenance, website development, or SEO separately. You don't need to choose a subscription to request a single revision.
How do payment and communication work during the project?
I bill my services through Useme. We agree on the scope, final amount, and payment schedule before we begin. In the client portal, you can submit materials, review arrangements, and approve completed work. You communicate directly with me.
Do you improve existing websites?
Yes, after reviewing the technology, site condition and possible changes. You can request repairs, extensions, an audit or optimisation. Send the website address and describe the issue; I will suggest a suitable service.
