I know the business
from the owner's perspective.

For eight years, I ran my own business in the UK, working in e-commerce, online sales and marketplaces. I was responsible for customer relationships, sales organisation and day-to-day operations. I know first-hand how time-consuming order processing, data management and repetitive tasks can be.

Running my own business taught me to make decisions independently, solve problems and take responsibility for results. I also assess websites and systems from a business owner's perspective: do they support sales, make customer service easier and help organise work?

Since 2026, I have also been responsible for international sales and process automation within the company. I combine my sales experience with creating tools that support the team's daily work. I work with e-commerce integrations, data flow between systems, and document automation.

My projects include integrating InPost Pay with WooCommerce, synchronising products, prices and stock levels, and automatically downloading invoices from IDEAerp to a separate archive and a second backup location. These are practical tasks where technology reduces manual work.

AI tools have become a regular part of my daily work. As the technology has developed, I have built my skills and used it to create websites, automation and tools for businesses.

I work with current AI tools and regularly test their capabilities. I use them to plan solutions, write code, analyse data and test implementations. I assess new features in practice: where they help complete tasks more efficiently and what checks they require.

AI allows me to move from idea to working prototype faster and test different solution variants. I am personally responsible for the technology selection, correct implementation, and the final result. I verify the results and refine the project before handing it over to you.
