During this 4-hour AI and ChatGPT workshop, you'll practise responding to a customer, summarising a document and planning a workflow. You'll create reusable prompts and learn how to check the results. I'll also demonstrate Codex with a simple example. No programming or AI experience is required.

What will you learn during the training?

You practise with examples from everyday work. I choose the topics and difficulty to suit you or your team.

You will plan your work

You will practise breaking a project or working week into tasks and deciding where to start.

You will prepare useful materials

You will learn to draft a customer response or document summary and check whether AI has added unsupported information.

You will learn how to work with Codex

In a simple example, you will see how to ask AI to perform a task on files, evaluate the result, and request corrections.

See the difference a prompt makes

See how the response changes when you give AI the information it needs. Compare the two prompts and prepared responses below.

Customer asks about order Prepared example · no connection to an AI service
"I want to order 16 notebooks. Will they arrive by Friday?"

You know: each notebook costs PLN 49, there are 12 in stock, and the delivery date needs to be checked.

What do you type?

Write a response to a customer who asks for 16 notebooks and delivery by Friday.

Sample answer

Thank you for your interest in our notebooks. We will check whether we can fulfil your order and get back to you with delivery details.

The answer is general

It leaves out the price and available stock because the prompt does not provide that information. You still need to complete the response and check the delivery date.

This is an illustration of how the tool works, not a guarantee of its response. AI results may vary and require verification.

4-hour AI training programme

This workshop is for beginners and teams who want to use AI in customer service, administration or marketing. I guide you through the workflow, from preparing materials and prompts to making corrections and checking the finished result.

4 hours: 230 minutes of work and a 10-minute break. This is a sample programme. Before booking, I adapt the tasks to the participants and confirm the scope. We use ChatGPT or another agreed tool; access to Codex is arranged separately.

A good start: tasks, data and constraints

25 min

Exercise: You choose a task from your work and define what a correct result would look like. Using a sample document, you identify information that should be removed or replaced before it is shared with AI.

Outcome: You have a clear exercise objective and rules for selecting suitable materials.

Reply to a customer without making unsupported promises

45 min

Exercise: Using a fictional enquiry, you draft a response that accounts for price, availability and missing information. You compare a general prompt with one that includes context, rules and a required format. You check whether AI has invented a delivery date.

Outcome: You save a reusable prompt template and a checked message draft.

Documents: summaries, findings and missing information

50 min

Exercise: From a sample memo or proposal, you extract the terms, deadlines, and questions for clarification. You request excerpts from the source, then compare the results with the document and check the numbers.

Outcome: You prepare a summary with a list of tasks and missing information.

A work plan that takes into account constraints

40 min

Exercise: You break down a selected task into activities, dependencies, and priorities. You provide available time and resources, and then correct unrealistic AI assumptions.

Outcome: You save an action plan and a reusable prompt for your next task.

Codex: from describing a task to checking the result

45 min

Exercise: I demonstrate a simple task, such as preparing a list of files in a folder. Together, we assess the plan and result using copies of the data. You practise describing the goal, constraints and checks; hands-on use of Codex depends on access agreed before the session.

Outcome: You know how to describe a simple task for Codex and check the result before using it in your work.

Independent practice and an application plan

25 min

Exercise: You repeat the exercise with a different example. You check the response against the source and assess its completeness and tone. We discuss corrections, questions and one task where you can apply the method after training.

Result: You leave with an improved prompt, a checklist and a specific way to use the method at work.

I schedule the break after the document exercise. The examples may change, but the programme includes time for independent practice and checking responses. The Codex demonstration does not include implementing automation in your company.

English practice workbooks

Download the five levels of practice material. Each workbook includes two exercises, fictional source data, starting prompts and an answer guide. For a four-hour workshop, I select exercises for your group; the full path requires additional practice. Confirm the available workshop language before booking.

Complete the printable questionnaire or annotate it in a PDF reader, then return it to the workshop organiser. It does not submit anything automatically.

Questions before training

Is the training for beginners?

Yes. You don't need to have any programming or AI experience. The exercises are tailored to the participants' level.

How many people can participate?

I offer individual and team training. We agree the number of participants before booking, so everyone has time to practise and ask questions.

Are paid AI accounts needed?

It depends on the tools agreed for the training. Before booking, I confirm which accounts you need and any associated costs. Licences are not automatically included in the training price.

Do you provide computers?

Participants use their own or company computers with internet access. Before the meeting, we discuss what to prepare and how to log in to the necessary tools.
