I run the business on my own. You discuss your needs, design and revisions directly with me, and I design and build the website myself.

Your client portal. After placing an order, you receive access to the client portal. You can upload your logo, photos and other materials, check progress, review project decisions and find website access details in one place. Every website package includes WordPress and a content editing dashboard.

Conversation and quote

Content and design

Launch and handover

I launch the approved website on your domain, provide access and show you how to use the WordPress dashboard. Further support can be ordered separately.

How much does it cost to maintain a website?

You pay for hosting and domains with your provider, separately from the website development. Below is an approximate budget for a small website on an economical plan.

Hosting - a place for your website

PLN 50–150 + VAT / first year

Renewal: approximately PLN 80–200 + VAT per year. I tailor the package to the technology and size of the website. Larger sites may require more expensive hosting.

Domain - your website address

PLN 0–20 + VAT / first year

Renewal: approximately PLN 50–100 + VAT per year. for a .pl domain with lower-cost providers. The first year may be free with selected hosting plans.

I will help choose the services, set up accounts in your name and connect them to the website. This help is included in the website development price. If you already have a domain or hosting, I will check whether they can be used.

Questions you may have

What materials should I prepare?

A short description of your idea is enough to start. To build the website, I will need copy, photos, a logo and contact details. If anything is missing, I can prepare materials as a separately quoted addition.

How long does development take, and how do revisions work?

Indicative delivery times are 3–5 working days for a simple brochure website, 7–10 for a business website and 10–15 for a more extensive website. Time is counted from the agreed start date and receipt of all materials. I confirm the exact deadline and number of revision rounds before accepting an order. You approve the design first, then review the completed website before publication. Scope changes and delays in approval may extend the schedule.

Can I update the content myself?

Every package, including the simple brochure website, includes WordPress, an editor for the agreed content and instructions. A blog is added according to the agreed scope.

Can I expand the website later?

Yes. I quote new pages and features according to your needs and the capabilities of the existing website. The simple brochure website already uses WordPress; expansion costs depend on the new content and features.

What does basic SEO include?

I prepare titles, descriptions, headings and internal links, and check indexing settings before publication. Ongoing SEO and content development are separate services. Google rankings also depend on competition and subsequent work.
