When you submit an enquiry, I receive your email address, a description of the matter and any information you provide voluntarily, such as your name, telephone number, website address, budget or deadline. I use it to respond and prepare a proposal. The basis for processing is taking pre-contractual steps at your request or, for other correspondence, my legitimate interest in handling your enquiry. I cannot respond without an email address and enquiry content; the other fields are optional. I delete messages that do not lead to work together within 12 months of the last contact, unless longer retention is needed to establish or defend legal claims. Messages are delivered to kontakt@activeai.pl, hosted by OVHcloud. WordPress also stores sent messages in a technical email log configured for 14-day retention. Do not submit passwords or particularly sensitive data.

I process account details, projects, messages, briefs and materials to manage our work together. Access requires a login, and project materials are visible to the relevant customer and administrator. OVHcloud provides portal hosting and outgoing email. New materials may be stored on my Google Drive; details are given in the Google Drive integration information in the portal. I retain contract-related data for the contract term and for any period required by law or needed to pursue claims.

I use Useme for payments and invoicing. I provide the information needed to arrange a payment, such as billing details, email address, and the agreed scope and amount. Useme also processes data for its own billing obligations under its privacy policy at useme.com. This transfer is based on performing the agreed work and meeting billing obligations.

Forms and selected login screens are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Verification may provide Cloudflare with technical information about your browser and connection. The website uses cookies necessary for login, security, and remembering your consent choices. Google Analytics 4 only works after you consent to statistics; refusing to do so will not limit your use of the website. You can change your consent later in your cookie settings. Search Console is used to evaluate a website's visibility in search engines and does not require embedding tracking code on the website.

OVHcloud, Google, Cloudflare and Useme may process data where needed to provide the services described. Providers may process some data outside the European Economic Area under the applicable GDPR safeguards. You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability or object to processing. You may also complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Contact me at the address above to exercise your rights.
