I prepared data flows from ERP to the product catalogue, sales reports and warehouse planning.
Preparing data for the entire system
I created scripts and workflows that retrieve ERP data through Metabase. Product, sales, stock and delivery information is prepared for catalogue management, reporting and forecasting. I selected the required data and adapted it to the modules that use it.
Mapping fields between systems
I've matched the report fields to the names and structures used in the dashboard. The product must maintain proper association even when the source and recipient describe its data differently. Mapping allows for the linking of sales, inventory, and delivery information to the appropriate catalogue item.
Individual products and bundles
I prepared imports for individual products and bundles, preserving links to their components. These relationships support catalogue management, availability checks and cost calculations.
Sales, Inventory and Delivery
I worked on wholesale, inventory, and goods-in-transit reports. Data from these reports feed operational views and warehouse planning. Thanks to the common product link, demand, current inventory, and planned replenishment can be compared.
Repeatable synchronisation
I added duplicate checks and synchronisation that runs manually or on a schedule. Repeated imports preserve catalogue consistency. Each workflow is tailored to the report and the receiving module, so later processes use structured data.
